- Pet Friendly: We prefer smaller breed tail waggers but if well behaved large breeds might possibly be welcomed. Kitties we like. Can arrange for litterbox as well.... None refundable pet deposit of 75.00
- Kid Friendly: Large gated play yard with wooden fort, rock climing wall, swings, slide, ping pong, ride on toys, and fooseball table. Lots of other games and toys located in the house to keep the little ones happy. Babysitting can be also arranged if Mom and Dad want a night to themselves :)
